STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Get set for the weekend — Staten Island style!

And while events may be a little quieter than during other months of the year, this weekend is all about Murder Mystery Dinner Shows and hikes on the nature trail.

FRIDAY – ST. GEORGE THEATRE – 7 TO 10 P.M.

MURDER MYSTERY DINNER SHOW: “I LOVE THE 80S TO DEATH — A ROCKIN’ RADICAL NIGHT OF MYSTERY”

It’s a flashback to the 80s and tensions are running rampant as backstage secrets spill out into the spotlight with tragic results — like murder.

Organizers are asking that you peg your jeans, slouch your socks, flash some neon, put on way too much eyeliner and get that hair up — to solve this crime in style.

Tickets are $135 per person. Dinner, dessert, open bar and show.

SATURDAY – ST. GEORGE THEATRE – 7 TO 10 P.M.

MURDER MYSTERY DINNER SHOW – “MIDNIGHT AT THE MASQUERADE”

There’s a murder at the Billionaires’Club annual Masquerade Ball. Unmasking the killer is a challenge and guests determine which partygoer is guilty as they trade clues with guests, gather information, and solve the crime.

Evening wear, ball gowns, Venetian masks, suits, and tuxes are what to wear to this high class night of masks and murder.

Tickets: $135 per person includes. Dinner, dessert, open bar, and show.

SUNDAY – ST. GEORGE THEATRE – 3 TO 6 PM.

MURDER MYSTERY DINNER SHOW: “DEATH OF A GANGSTER: SUNDAY DINNER MATINEE”

Guests have been invited to the Dunn Speakeasy for the wedding of the year in this “married to the mob” event.

With the two families merging together, someone is bound to lose power — and lose their life.

Try and solve this case with your fellow detectives.

Flapper dresses, zoot suits, feather boas and headbands, pinstriped suits and fedoras are all appropriate attire — or traditional wedding attire.

SUNDAY – PROTECTORS OF PINE OAK WOODS – 10 A.M. TO 2 P.M.

FOREST RESTORATION WORKSHOP ALONG THE NATURE TRAIL

Greenbelt Nature Center, Rockland and Brielle avenues, Sea View

Meet in the Greenbelt Nature Center parking lot at Rockland Avenue and Brielle avenues – (additional parking at the nearby Recreation Center). Then go south toward the junction of the Blue and Nature Trails where organizers will continue to cut and pull Oriental Wisteria from trees and shrubs.

Protectors will supply tools, gloves and refreshments.
